POLIS selected Vitoria-Gasteiz to learn about cutting-edge developments such as the physical platform of an autonomous vehicle implemented by Mobility LAB.

With the aim of advancing toward a more efficient and sustainable Urban Freight Distribution (UFD), the Vitoria-Gasteiz City Council and the Mobility Lab Foundation have held a key working session the strategic DATADUM project.

A working session, part of the DATALOG project, addressed the information handled on a daily basis by different agents in the intermodal chain, focusing on how a comprehensive view of the hub can make their work more efficient and sustainable.

The event, directed at companies in Álava, will introduce this technology through real projects, success cases and motivational experiences. It will feature representatives from the Álava Computing Centre, Adif and the Ministry for Digital Transformation and Public Administration, among others.

The objective will be to demonstrate that this technology is accessible and can be a key tool for improving the efficiency, connectivity, and sustainability of Álava’s logistics and industrial environment.

The pavilion, located in the Betoño industrial park, has been provided free of charge by the Provincial Council of Álava and will also welcome entrepreneurs from the International Incubator Corridor of the Michelin Cities Network
